Blackmagic Design hält das Tempo für Fimrware Updates weiterhin konstant hoch. Mit dem 4.9 Camera Setup komm nun auch die Ursa Mini 4K in den Genuß des URSA Mini SSD Recorders. Mit dem 4.8er Update war der Mini SSD Recorder Support für die Ursa Mini 4.6K und Pro bereits vorangegangen. Schön zu sehen, dass Blackmagic auch die Ursa Mini mit dem älteren Sensor mit entsprechenden Updates versorgt.
Die restlichen Neuerungen für die Ursa Mini 4K entsprechen in vielen Punkten dem 4.9er Update für die Ursa Mini 4.6K. So ist nun auch die Umschaltung zwischen Verschlußzeit und -winkel möglich, geringe Latenzen am SDI-Output, Scrubbing Support, Autofill bei Lens-Metadata etc. integriert.

While installing Camera Update on URSA Mini and URSA Mini Pro you may notice a pause around the 10% mark in the install process, this is normal and will continue installing after around 20 seconds.
After loading the software on the Blackmagic Cinema Camera PL, EF or MFT, you may notice a slight flickering on the built-in LCD screen. This is normal and expected behavior. The flickering will go away after a few minutes of operation.
