Final Cut Pro X 10.2.2: Native XAVC-L und AVC Intra 4:4:4 4K Unterstützung

Pünktlich zum Warm-Up zur IBC hat Apple ein Sofwareupdate für Final Cut Pro X, Motion, Compressor und Pro Video Formats herausgebracht. Mit dem 10.2.2 Update für Final Cut Pro X hält nun native Unterstützung für Sonys XAVC-L und Panasonics AVC-Intra 4:4:4 Codec bis zu 4K Auflösungen Einzug in Final Cut Pro X.

Darüber hinaus steht nun auch der Import von Canon XF-AVC 8 Bit Material via Canon Plug In zur Verfügung und Asset Management Systeme sollen jetzt auch auf Library Backups von FCPX beim Sharen zugreifen können. Zusätzlich wurden einige Bugfixes implementiert (Höhere Stabilität beim Austausch von 3D-Text-Parametern, beim Laden von Text Styles u.a.)

Compressor 4.2.1:

- Fixes a crash that could occur after migrating a user account to another system

- Restores the ability to use markers for i-frame placement in H.264 exports

- Exports interlaced H.264 files

- Improves audio and video sync of closed captions and subtitles
