Google and Samsung both filed contact lens patents in 2014 - though they might be just at the concept stage, rather than actively developing smart contact lens prototypes.
und
And since so many technologies are constantly being developed and patented by companies large and small, the news is no reason to get too excited, but it is a reason to be hopeful.

Handelt es sich hierbei um eine Kamera zur Aufnahme oder eher um einen speziellen Projektor für Display Funktionen?

Nur wein weiterer Schritt.
Nicht mehr lange (falls wir uns vorher nicht kaputt machen und dein Eintritt ins Zeitalter des Magnetismus schaffen), und wir werden mit unseren Augen alles steuern, ob Software, Autos, TV"s.. Wir werden mit unseren Augen und Gedanken Möbel verrücken, in die Erde und durch Wände gucken.
Das hier ist nur ein Beweis dafür, dass es gerade anfängt.

Also ist das die Bestätigung dass die im Geheimen noch viel weiter sind :-D und wir bekommen nun die "offizielle" Version serviert :-D LOL
Ober ob das genug Licht bekommt... zumindest, bei jedem Blinken wird es ja Schwarz :-P hat man dann "Blinkmetadaten?" :-D
