Hi, I have just bought a panasonic nv gs 22 videocamera. I am wondering if I can convert the film, that I registered with my videocamera, in a movie in avi format. Do you know any software that I can use? Thank you very much Best regards Antonio Parodi

use the DV-Out Connector of your camcorder in order to connect the camera via Firewire with your pc. You can use the freeware "WinDV" to capture the video then. You need to install also the Panasonic-DV Codec in order to edit the .avi-files in VirtualDUB.
