Frage von UlfP:Hallo
wegen laufender Projekte habe ich das Update von Version 7 auf 8 (wichtig, will man ja nicht die zukünftige Update-Fähigkeit verlieren) erst zum Ende des Jahres in Angriff genommen.
Nach meinem Eindruck handelt es sich eher um ein Downgrade, jedenfalls was die Zugaben externer Hersteller angeht, die bislang Bestandteil der Symphony Option waren.
Boris Continuum nur noch Lite, Soerenson Squezze als Trail Version und Avid FX vermisse ich ganz.
Habe ich da was nicht mitbekommen, was passiert bei Avid mit den langjährig zahlenden Usern, oder ist mir ein Fehler unterlaufen?

• Avid FX
• Sorenson Squeeze
• Boris Continuum Complete (Symphony customers)
• Avid DVD
Licenses for these applications that were provided for the initial purchase will continue to work. Customers wishing to update to the latest version of these applications will need to contact the partnercompanies that make these products."
