Hi all,
I'm searching for a list of media codecs like Mpeg-4, Wmv... and their
complexness. I mean how many MISP need a "normal" Cpu to encode decode
them. How many instruction necessary for example. Informations would
be very helpful.

1st: Given sufficient time, any 8008 processor can en/decode an
extremely comples vide stream. Not that any one of us may live to see
the result B-{)
2nd: The number of instructions greatly varies with the complexity of
the contents of the recording.
