Sony FS 100 jetzt mit 1080 24/p u.a. via Firmware Update

Nun ist es also soweit. Wir hatten bereits im November auf das kommende, kostenlose Firmware Udpate für die Sony FS100 hingewiesen - nun ist es online verfügbar. Mit ihm erhalt die europäische Version der Sony FS100 jene 24p-Funktion, auf die viele User schon gewartet haben. Die Sony FS 100 ist damit nun zwischen 50 und 60 Hz umschaltbar und stellt im 60 Hz Betrieb nun auch 60p(59.94p), 60i(59.94i), 30p(29.97p) sowie 24p(23.98p) zur Verfügung. Darüber hinaus beinhaltet die 2.0 Version der Firmware noch weitere Verbesserungen: Das Speichern von Kameraprofilen auf Speicherkarten, Expanded Fokus, ISO Display (zusätzlich zu Gain) u.a.

1.) 60/50Hz (NTSC/PAL) switchable feature.

- FS100E can have the 60p(59.94p), 60i(59.94i), 30p(29.97p) and 24p(23.98p) recording modes.

2.) Camera Profile (camera setting saved in the memory card).

- It allows users to recall the previous settings including white balance temperature, Picture Profile easily.

- It also helps multi-camera shooting preparation.

3.) Expanded Focus (x4/x8, selectable focus area).

- It allows user to select the magnification size and area to be expanded.

4.) ISO sensitivity display.

- For users who are familiar with traditional filming term, it will be possible to switch between ISO and Gain (dB) display.

5.) Focus feet, Shutter angle display.

- For users who are familiar with traditional filming term, it will be possible to switch between feet and meter for focus position display.

- Also, switchable between second and degree for shutter speed display.

7.) Compatibility with new A-mount to E-mount adaptor[LA-EA2] with Translucent Mirror Technology

- Auto Focus operation is available with alpha lens.

- Quick auto focus on Sony A-mount Alpha lenses will be available by using the LA-EA2.
