Sennheiser. Zuverläßiger und klingt besser.

used the Theos for the first time yesterday... unfortunately the connections are a bit tight...
the screw connections always come loose at the antennas and at the cable in to the 3,5mm connectors.
and then at the end of the shoot the complete connector of a tx broke off when I tried to unscrew by hand... i also have the wisycom symphony and i didn't do anything differently in terms of handling...
what should i do now? is there anyone in germany from deity who will take something like this back and replace it? for me it would be a warranty case, but i don't know what deity says about it...
I also think that the deitys have a decent background noise...
rather nothing so good... I have access to 2 sets and find them not so good due to the faults...
here is a photo.

I'm really saddened to report there were a few issues:
I was shooting outside at a football training ground and I had to mic up 4 ex pro players. I did a scan and used the Theos app to coordinate the RF. everything was fine and the radios were happy waiting for the players to turn up.
When they arrived, I put a belt on each of them and placed the pack on the small of their back as usual but as soon as I did I kept losing signal. Some where behaving better than others so I tried changing frequency but it didn't really help much. I also put the power up to 50 but this made little difference too. This was really strange as I was less than 10 metres away from them, in clear line of sight.
the app kept losing connection too, which added to my frustration.
All of the players were standing around chatting and I struggled to get all 4 radios receiving at the same time.
Thankfully the Internal recording on the packs saved the day. I've just been going through these and they appear to be fine. This is a big relief as it’s these files I’ve submitted….Without these the shoot would’ve been a disaster
I was around 2km away from Heathrow so it's a possibility that was causing lot of outside interference.
Has anyone else has similar experiences of using digital wireless systems near a major airport?
If I had more time I would've changed over to another bank completely but we lost an hour waiting for the players to arrive, so I just had to crack on and focus on the boom instead.
I just bought 6 pieces of Sennheiser EW-DP ME2 SET (R4-9) and tried to charge included batteries in receivers so I can use it outdoor. But two of them are acting weirdly. When I connected the first four receivers to the AC power with USB C, it started to charging the batteries as usual and show me the battery capacity, but last two are acting different, when I connect receivers to AC power with USB C cable, they will start up but show me that it is powered up by the usb, but no charging at all.
I'm also seeing more mic problems than usual with these units, like mid-show mic failures. (The lav mics are relatively new and in good condition.) I'm not having this issue with the older EW packs. It's 100% possible that this is entirely a coincidence -- this is a show where actors are sweating a lot and doing a lot of quick changes where they might be hitting or yanking the mics. We're managing the problem by double-miking and switching to spares mid-show as needed, but the number of failures has been high even for musical theatre.
I've tried using the Sennheiser EW-DP SKP Transmitter with my trusted Earthworks M30 and the Noise level was so bad, I thought i had a faulty Transmitter but the Problem consisted over multiple SKPs...
The RF Side of the EW-DP SKP is not properly Isolated from the AF Side. this results in Interference on some Condensor Mics.
