Panasonic Lumix S5II does not support ProRes RAW video natively. This is why you do not see the Lumix S5II on the Authorized ProRes RAW product list.
Das stimmt ja auch. Auf der
"Authorized ProRes Raw Product list" stehen als einzige Kameras überhaupt die Nikon Z9 sowie die DJI Zenmuse X7 und der Ronin 4D, weil sie intern Raw aufnehmen.

In your situation, we suggest that you contact Panasonic to learn how to activate RAW video output in your Lumix S5II. If the Ninja V can support the source RAW video output from the Lumix S5II, the Ninja V should then be able to generate and output the ProRes RAW video files that you can then use in post production.
Eben. Stimmt doch völlig mit der Panasonic-Pressemeldung überein.
Der Punkt ist, dass bei ProRes Raw in 99% aller Fälle die Kamera selbst kein ProRes Raw ausgibt, sondern ihre unkomprimierten Sensordaten über HDMI an den Atomos-Recorder schickt, der sie erst in (komprimiertes) ProRes Raw umwandelt.
Das alles ist zugegebenermaßen verwirrend, aber hat - wie Du selbst schriebst - mit der Rechtslage um REDs Patent für Video-Rawaufzeichnung in datenkomprimierten Formaten zu tun. Der ganze Aufwand mit den Atomos-Recordern wird nur betrieben, damit die Kameras aus technischer und juristischer Sicht Geräte bleiben, die kein komprimiertes Video-Raw aufzeichnen. Daher: "Panasonic Lumix S5II does not support ProRes RAW video natively."
