Hallo,

ich habe mir einen JVC GR-XD300E Camcorder bestellt. Es heißt da daß
das Datei-Format MPEG4 ist. Brauche ich dann trotzdem ca. 12GB pro Stunde
Film auf meiner Festplatte? Wird der Film auf Band nun im MiniDV oder im
MPEG4-Format gespeichert?

Quatsch. Es handelt sich um einen C., der Videos im Format MiniDV speichert.
Er macht auch Fotos, die (vermutlich) im .jpg-Format gespeichert werden.

Brauche ich dann trotzdem ca. 12GB pro Stunde

ich habe auch einen JVC Camcorder mit MPEG 4 das bedeutet jedoch nur bei meiner jedenfalls E-mail Clips die auf Speicherkarte gespeichert werden also Platzsparende Videos mit Sehr geminderter Qualität ; auf Band wird ganz normal im miniDV format aufgezeichnet.
