Sorry für den englischen Text - hatte ihn an "Nofilmschool" geschrieben ohne Antwort, aber auf der Arbeit keine Zeit zum Übersetzen - Antworten gerne auf Deutsch. Danke
Iam a trainee for media design down here in germany.
My girlfriend and I are planning the following,
- she wants to buy a camera for photography (buy planned around march because maybe upcoming releases)
- iam planning on buying a 2k video camera around next year (something lika a black magic cinema camera 2.0 or something compareable)
- the idea is to buy those two cameras with each one using the same kind of lenses, means my girlyfriend would buy FOR EXAMPLE a canon 60d or maybe 70d but using only "fullframe" EF lenses on it
- so if i buy a fullframe canon camera for video or another camera that can use EF lenses , we can share our lenses with each other.
But is canon really the choice for the future...what is about Nikon or Sony...?
Alot of people seem to be unsatisfied with the way canon handles their costumers - ignoring the wishes and improvements the users want and just doing it like apple -
giving only the minimum of new updates and features to new cameras.
But on the other hand the EF mount is very wide spread and there are alot of lenses to choose from.
So my question would be: where do I get the most for my money thinking of future products - under the aspects/wishes above.
Canons seems to be not the company coming up with a game changer...they do just the minimum to keep up with the other companys...and most of the time very late...am i right?
What about Nikon or Sony...which one might be the better choice for the future etc.
A huge response would mean alot to me and could help me on deciding which train to ride...because iam worrying if canon is really the right ride...because onces stepped on it (having a few lenses) it is hard to leave that train.
Thanks in advance - nofilmschool is really a huge help!
Best wishes
