Export aus Premiere Pro CS5 mit Kontrolle über Key Frames...?

Ich möchte aus Premiere Pro CS5 gerne mit der Kontrolle über die Key Frames exportieren (brauche das um exakt an diese Stellen springen zu können, ohne Verzögerung). Zumindest in CS3 scheints das (noch?) gegeben zu haben:

Add Keyframes at Markers Select this option to create keyframes only where markers exist in the Timeline window. For this to work, markers must exist in the Timeline window (see Add markers).

Add Keyframes at Edits Select this option to create a keyframe at edit points in the Timeline window.

In CS5 finde ich diese Optionen nicht - kann es wirklich sein, dass Adobe dieses Feature ausgebaut hat...??

Weiss jmd. eine andere Möglichkeit aus Premiere Pro CS5 zu exportieren und dabei die Kontrolle zu haben, wann welches Bild zwingend ein I-Frame ist...?
