Do you think its directly on the sensor? I watched it from a different angles and looks like there is some glass above the sensor...

Mold on the filter glass is unfortunately a known problem with BM cameras. I don't know of any repair shop that can do a sensor glass replacement except BM's European service unit in the UK. Sensor repairs can only be done in a cleanroom environment and are therefore a non-trivial fix.
