OHNE KOHLE (i.e.”NO BUDGET “) supports international independent filmmakers and offers you a plattform for networking plus a multitude of prizes.

NO ENTRY FEE!
There is no entry fee and over 1500 international films from 30 countrys were sent in last year.

FILMS WILL BE SCREENED IN PUBLIC!
Starting off in February 2006 “Open Screenings” will be held to showcase your works to the Austrian Audience.

ADDITIONAL PROGRAM DURING FESTIVAL WEEK!
During the festival week in July, there will be workshops, panel discussions, lectures, cinema shows and parties. Every entry will be accesible and can be watched in video bunks.
