Wie bekomme ich die Blackmagic Sequenz Presets in Premiere Pro CC ?
Ich bin jüngst von CS6 auf CC umgestiegen und bei der CS6 wurden die BM Presets automatisch in die Sequenz Voreinstellungen importiert. Nach dem upgrade fehlen diese nun.
Ich habe bereits die Firmware neu auf den Rechner gespielt, da es ja damit hätte neu importiert werden können. Oder dieser Preset Import findet erst statt, wenn ich eine Firmware tatsächlöich auf die Kamera spiele. Etwas anderes kann ich mir nicht vorstellen.
Ich werde also nun die Kamera downgraden und wieder upgraden...
Man kann in Premiere ja die Sequenzeinstellungen automatisch anpassen lassen, allerdings weiß ich dann nicht, ob das einen Qualitätsverlust des Materials bedeutet, wenn nur eine nächstpassende Sequenzeinstellung von Premiere gewählt würde...
In CS6 war ein Sequenz-Setting von Blackmagic notwendig um die Hardware als Preview-Lösung nutzen zu können. Meines Wissens ist das in CC nicht mehr so...
Die Tipps von srone sind diesbezüglich leider komplett am Thema vorbei: in der Tat gab es leider bis CC bei Blackmagic einen heftigen Bug. Wenn man die Treiber installiert hat (zb für Decklink) und Adobe ist NICHT im default-folder dann werden die Sequenz-Settings und die Preview-Settings nicht korrekt installiert und man hat keinen Hardware-Out. Die Aussagen "lass das mal Premiere machen" und "solch ein Preset muss es ja geben" sind also ausnahmsweise mal totaler Quark :-)

The following is a set of CORRECT and complete workaround information for installing BMD software in Windows 7, with Adobe CS6. I just used it :) . Thanks to BMD's Kaspar Ko for getting most of this documented! It took me way too long to find this.
HOW TO GET BMD SOFTWARE INSTALLED IF ADOBE IS NOT IN DEFAULT LOCATION
If I do not use the default Adobe install location, the current BMD installer:
* Fails to see my Adobe install at all
* Fails to install ANY Adobe-related files, including the ones that always go in the same place

FIXING BMD INSTALL WHEN YOU USED A CUSTOM ADOBE INSTALL
The default "root" install for CS6 is
C:\Program Files\Adobe
If yours is different, for now you will have to manually move files to your install location.
Right now, remember your "root" install location. We'll use [Root] below to refer to it.
In other words, if you installed to
C:\Adobe
Then your root is C:\Adobe instead of C:\Program Files\Adobe
BMD's installer makes two mistakes:
a) If you used a custom install location, it fails to recognize that you have Adobe software
b) If you used a custom install location, it also fails to install in the right place(s)
This folder contains all the plug-ins needed to manually install Desktop Video into Premiere. There are also two zip files containing the presets, one for Decklink Series and one for Intensity Series.
In Windows 7, view the appropriate zip file from Windows Explorer as if it were a folder. You will see two folders (Settings and MediaIO); copy those folders out of the zip to the 6.0 folder where the zips are located.
II. NON-MOVEABLE FILES
The following files always go to the same place. BMD failed to install them because it did not see your Adobe installation.
Copy the plug-in file listed below to the following location:
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Common\Plugin-ins\CS6\MediaCore
---> DA WAR DER FEHLER...NICHT IN PROGRAMME (x86) SONDERN IN PROGRAMME
BMDTransmit.prm (CS6 only)
(Again, this file must reside in the above location. Its location will be the same regardless of your install path. Note too, do not confuse this location with C:\Program Files (x86)\...MediaCore -- that's NOT the correct location!)
III. PLUGINS
In my experience, many plugins are referenced in one of two possible locations. The safest location is within each Adobe app. However, there's also a common location that sometimes works when the common location doesn't. Do NOT put files in both places: you will see them twice in Premiere Pro if you do so!
Copy the plug-in files listed below into the Premiere Pro location; if that doesn't work, then move them to the Common location listed in #2 above. (BMD should be able to resolve this...)
[Root]\Adobe Premiere Pro CS6\Plug-ins\Common (this is the Premiere Pro specific location)
Copy the Editing Mode file listed below to the following location:
[Root]\Adobe Premiere Pro CS6\Settings\Editing Modes
Blackmagic Editing Mode.xml
Copy the Folders listed below into the following folder. You'll need to say "yes" to a Merge function, because these folders already exist. (You're adding more presets):
[Root]\Adobe Premiere Pro CS6
Naja, den totalen Quark hätte sich der TO sparen können, wenn hier explizit nach BM HARDWARE gefragt worden wäre...was auch m.M. nach nicht zutrifft???

mit anschließendem Hinweis auf FW der cam hat, zumindest bei mir, nicht das Vorhandensein von I/O Hardware suggeriert.
Deutlicher kann man kaum auf den Wunsch hinweisen, sein "MATERIAL AUS DER CAM" korrekt interpretiert zu sehen.
Ich würde bei dem totalquark bleiben, einfach Premiere die Sache machen zu lassen...
Vielleicht gibt es Aufklärung vom TO, über den tatsächlichen Fragehintergrund.
Ich glaube nicht daran, dass srone und ich solch Milchprodukte fabrizieren ;-))
