hab grad folgendes nützliche tool für alle xl2 anwender gefunden:

vielleicht könnten wir xl2 nutzer auch hierirgendwo div. presets "sharen"?

das sieht wirklich sehr vielversprechend aus. hast du das tool schon getestet? funktionert es gut oder ist es kompliziert?
das mit dem sharing finde ich ebenfalls eine gute idee, mal schauen ob sich noch andere xl2-user melden.

ähm, ich nochmals, mein computer hat irgendwie probleme mit dem ext. cont.! er wollte etwas installieren, fand jedoch nichts und ich habe auch nichts (CD oder dergleichen). deshalb funzt es nicht. :( was genau braucht er denn? und wo finde ich dieses stück software? (AV/C Camera Storage)

anleitung lesen!

der camcorder muss angesteckt werden
NICHT EINSCHALTEN!
programm installieren
wenn programm installiert, xl2 auf ext. cont.
jetzt wird gerät installiert
treiber aus installationsverzeichnis wählen (Program Files\Blue Barn Pictures\Camera Storage 1394 WIA Driver")
und los gehts!

Installation Notes for XL2 Presets Manager


Here is the setup procedure for XL2 Presets Manager:

Connect your camera to your laptop or desktop PC using an IEE1394 DV cable.
Your computer must be running the Windows XP operating system.
At this point do not turn your camera on.

* Run setup.exe.

During the installation, remember your installation directory!
You will need this information later while installing the drivers.
The default location will be Program Files / Blue Barn Pictures.
We recommend that you install to this directory.

After the application has installed:

* Turn on your camera to the External Control ("Ext. Cont.") program mode.

At the "Welcome to the Found New Hardware Wizard" screen, you will be
asked: "Can Windows connect to Windows Update to search for software?"

* Select "No, not at this time."

At the install page for the AV/C Camera Storage install page:

* Select "Install from a list or specific location (Advanced)."

At the Search and Installation options window:

* Check the box: "Include this location in the search."

Browse to the directory where you installed the application. By default it
will be: "Program Files\Blue Barn Pictures\Camera Storage 1394 WIA Driver"

After the wizard has installed the AV/C driver, a scanner and
camera wizard might appear; you can simply close this wizard.

Your presets manager and drivers should now be installed. Have fun!

ach herrgott, ich bin halt einfach immer so ungeduldig... man sollte halt mehr lesen. :) muss sagen, sehr praktisches tool, wirklich genial.
