Today we announced additional Blackmagic RAW support for the 5 inch and 7 inch Video Assist 12G HDR models. If you’re shooting with Nikon Z 6 and Z 7 cameras, you can now connect them to Video Assist 12G HDR and record Blackmagic RAW, giving you incredible detail and color throughout the production pipeline from camera to edit, color and mastering. Blackmagic RAW saves camera settings in metadata so you can set ISO, white balance and exposure, then override them later while editing. This also requires installation of the Blackmagic RAW 1.8.2 and DaVinci Resolve 16.2.8 updates to access the files on your computer.
