Dieses Objektiv gibt es noch nicht offiziell, sondern nur als Ankündigung/
Soeben gab es aber ein unfreiwilliges Leak bzw. eine Embargo-Verletzung des Reviewers Marc Alhadeff, in seiner Rezension des neuen Samyang 35mm/1.8:
In Alhadeffs Schärfe/Auflösungstest liegt das Viltrox knapp unter dem Voigtländer 35mm Apo-Lanthar und deutlich über dem Sigma Contemporary 35mm/f2:
Sowie: "The Sigma 35mm F2 DG DN and the Viltrox 35mm F1.8 II EVO have the softest background blur + best bokeh balls + skin rendering [...]."

Es gibt von Viltrox selbst zu dem Objektiv noch diese Aussage:
Man darf als gespannt sein, die Veröffentlichung des Objektivs scheint kurz bevor zu stehen... Dann neben E-Mount auch für Nikon Z- sowie Panasonic L-Mount...

However, the company notes that many of its competitors use the term “APO” loosely, even when their lenses don’t meet the standard and don’t deliver true apochromatic performance.
“However, for us, APO signifies true apochromatic aberration,” Viltrox says. “Therefore, even though the 85mm f/2 Evo surpasses some so-called APO lenses in many aspects, we still haven’t given it the APO designation.”
