Neatvideo Plugin verschwunden in Premiere CC 2014 Mac

Hallo zusammen! Nach dem Update auf CC 2014 (auf dem Mac) taucht mein Lieblingsentrauscher neatvideo nicht mehr als Effekt in der Liste auf. Neu installieren bringt auch nichts. Es gibt auch keinen Plug-In-Ordner mehr, in den man es manuell reinkopieren könnte. Hat hier wer eine Idee? Danke im Voraus.

Neat Video 3.5 and After Effects CC 2014, Premiere CC 2014
The current version 3.5 of Neat Video plug-ins for After Effects and for Premiere is already compatible with the latest Adobe After Effects CC 2014 and Adobe Premiere CC 2014.
You may only need to re-download and re-install the plug-in(s) to make them available in the updated versions of After Effects and Premiere. That will add the corresponding plug-in to the latest version of the host application.

Ah ... na, dann versuche ich es noch mal mit neu installieren ... danke!
