Schon in der ersten Aufnahme (ab 0:21) finden sich um den Hals des Darstellers von Hinten extrem starke ArtefakteArtefakte im Glossar erklärt, die eher an ein Retiming ala Twixtor denn an eine echte Slow-Motion erinnern lassen. Diese ArtefakteArtefakte im Glossar erklärt stechen jedoch nur im FullHD-Stream heraus und offensichtlich der Youtube-Kompression geschuldet. In 4K sieht die Sache dagegen schon deutlich besser aus.

But because of the high data rates at 4.6K 120p it will depend on your card's sustained maximum data rate that determines how long you can record in each compression level before dropping frames.
From the cards we have tested so far most of the faster CFast cards like those on our recommended list for 4.6K Blackmagic RAW 3:1 60p can sustain 4.6K 120p in 12:1 and 8:1 permanently and once you go to 5:1 at 4.6K 120p the faster ones will hold for a few minutes at a time before they drop frames and then at 3:1 it will be less than that depending on where the card maxes out.
SD cards (even UHS-ii ones) are a bit slower in general so CFast cards on our list or USB-C flash disks are the best option for high frame rate shooting.
We are working on a certified list for high speed shooting and will post it ASAP.
Q0 and Q5 options will also get the high frame rates but because of their Constant Quality (variable bitrate) nature it will depend on the detail is within the scene and card speed. Q5 will obviously be more forgiving but in Q0 you will really need to test it on your scene to see how fast you can go. If you switch on the 'Stop record if card drops frames' option and do some test records on a scene similar to what you are going to shoot that will let you know how long you are going to get at any particular frame rate and compression level to your card.
